Robert Half is Hiring an Information Security Engineer Near Princeton, NJ
Responsibilities
- Employ proactive security measures to lessen risk
- Utilize the organization’s suite of security tools to detect and mitigate cyber threats
- Actively participate in monitoring of ticket queues associated with the role
- Collaborate with leadership to conceive engineering improvements
- Work independently and as part of a team to support Security Operations
- Leverage skills in Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Database, AB Testing, Auditing, AWS Technologies, Configuration Management, and Cyber Security to perform job functions effectively.
- Demonstrable experience with Checkpoint and Cisco ASA.
- Proficiency in Cisco Technologies and Cloud Technologies.
- Familiarity with Database management and AB Testing.
- Proven experience in Auditing and AWS Technologies.
- Solid understanding of Configuration Management.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Cyber Security.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA are an asset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
