Qualifications

• 5 years of past IT Manager experience.
• ERP management experience in SAP, SAGE, or Oracle JD Edwards
• PLC-Manufacturing experience
• Security, Microsoft, and Adobe
• EDI logistics system Knowledge
• Knowledge of APIs and web services.
• Experience preferably in the agri-food sector, logistics and industrial sector.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Works with managers to identify and analyze requirements for information systems, develop and modify project plans, soliciting input from project team, and participate in phase, milestone, and final project reviews.
• Will have to manage requests relating to the company's ERP software.
• Recommends appropriate products and services to managers to define and track project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Will deal with change management, for monitoring and planning infrastructural change activities, in agreement with suppliers and application areas.
• Implement and enforce security best practices and policies to protect company data and assets.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, security protocols and infrastructure technologies.
• Must have a deep knowledge of IT logic, from processes to regulations.
• Will be responsible for managing the hardware and software infrastructure, with reference to the corporate network infrastructure (wired and wi-fi), internal services in the data center and in the cloud.
• Fosters strong vendor relationships with external and internal service providers and team members.
• Prepares cost estimates and develops proposals for all changes requested that affect the project.
