We are seeking a highly motivated and driven IT Support Technician that will be responsible for troubleshooting tier I/II issues for Windows and MACs, while also administering Active Directory, O365 and troubleshooting software/hardware issues that arise.

100% Onsite
Must Haves:
- Windows with some Mac
- Azure (AD)
- O365/Outlook
- Intune
- VoIP
- White Glove Service – must be outgoing, approachable, gregarious but also focused and adaptable, knows when to step back
Nice to Haves:
- Salesforce
- Google Workspace
Day to Day
- Work directly with VP of Tech in assessing, networking other offices and remote staff, 80 end users on one floor
- Roll Outs/Projects
- Drive procedures and policies/compliance
- 100 End users
- Onboarding/Set-up of workstations and applications
- IAM
- Assist with Ring Central/VoIP
- Access Points/Switches - other are there if they need to do cut overs
- Break/Fix from time to time (helping them understand) knowledge transfer
- Must have Fundamental understating of network systems
- Switching/Routing, network backbone knowledge
- Windows, some MAC (familiarity with iOS, Android)
- High Touch Service
- Serve as bridge between tech and non-tech
