Job Title: Inside Sales RepresentativeWe are assisting a leader in the steel fabrication sector with their search for an Inside Sales Representative.Key Responsibilities:Manage and process customer inquiries and orders.Prepare price quotations and notify customers of all price changes and surcharges.Assist in gathering and entering claim information into the electronic system.Predict customer forecasts coupled with market research.Work cross-functionally with several departments including Outside Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial Leadership.Compile and submit weekly highlight reports.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience within a sales or customer service capacity.Excellent organizational and conceptual skills.A customer-centric approach coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business or similar field preferred.
