The selected candidate will be joining our team, working primarily in the industry, and will be tasked with a variety of duties including reviewing applications, maintaining records, and performing general clerical duties.Responsibilities:• Review and evaluate applications for program eligibility• Maintain and manage applicant waiting lists for various housing programs• Promote various housing programs and services to potential applicants• Maintain a comprehensive and organized file system for both active and archived records• Perform receptionist duties such as answering phone calls, recording messages, and directing visitors• Provide accurate and efficient information regarding agency inquiries• Schedule and coordinate grievance hearings for applicants• Provide clerical support to department staff and Administrative Assistant as needed• Skilfully use computer databases for data entry tasks• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for maintaining and organizing data.
