Responsibilities
- Work with the assistant accounting manager to properly record direct investment transactions
- Maintain Equitrak, our direct investment tracking database, and reconcile custody holdings
- Prepare valuations of public and privately held direct investments
- Ensure compliance with document retention policies and procedures related to direct investments
- Obtain investment related information by working with other groups
- Collaborate with auditors on all aspects of direct investment reporting
- Analyze performance of direct investments both at the individual fund and “synthetic” portfolio level
- Prepare and maintain various direct investment track records that are used in fundraising and marketing
- Utilize skills such as Bloomberg Terminal, CapEx, Capital IQ, CRM, Data Mining Techniques, Buying Processes, Capital Management, Credit, Debt Financing, Due Diligence, and Investment Accounts in daily tasks and responsibilities.
