We are looking for a talented iOS Developer to join our team in New York, New York. This role is crucial to our tech team, as you will be tasked with developing a native video player add-on for HLS playback augmentation on iOS and interacting with multiple 3rd parties APIs as well as in-house AR pipeline. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and user experience. Responsibilities:• Develop a native video player add-on for HLS playback augmentation on iOS (AVPlayer)• Design and execute an innovative architecture for augmentation & targeting• Collaborate with multiple 3rd parties APIs and in-house AR pipeline• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and user experience• Ensure frame-accurate synchronization between video playback and augmentation layers• Optimize rendering performance for real-time video augmentation• Troubleshoot and resolve challenging issues related to video playback and augmentation• Maintain expertise in Core Animation, Core Graphics, and Metal / OpenGL for real-time rendering and video synchronization• Deliver end to end solutions embedded on the iOS platform• Maintain strong expertise in software development/engineering including installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution.
