As part of our team, you will be instrumental in managing incoming service tickets, maintaining IT integrity across our various locations, and building relationships with team members. This role also involves handling a variety of special projects throughout the year, giving you the chance to showcase your diverse skill set.Responsibilities:• Managing all incoming service requests via phone, email, and text using platforms such as Zendesk• Escalating complex issues to the IT Manager and Director of Systems & Technology as needed• Handling onboarding and offboarding of employee systems access• Regularly visiting each of our locations to maintain IT integrity and performance• Building and maintaining relationships with each team member to foster a positive and collaborative work environment• Planning and executing special projects throughout the year• Utilizing Microsoft Windows and MS Office 365 tools to perform daily tasks• Maintaining and troubleshooting the Network Infrastructure and POS - Point of Sale systems.
