Responsibilities
- Perform administrative functions and upgrades within application systems to meet current business needs and avoid disruption of business processes.
- Develop a strong understanding of applications and business departmental needs, acting as a liaison between departments.
- Assist and train end users to solve problems and increase their self-reliance.
- Travel to company locations in town as needed to perform hands-on maintenance and support tasks.
- Work independently, manage multiple tasks and priorities, diligently address difficult problems, and quickly adapt to business needs.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 Enterprise, LAN Vs. WAN, VoIP, Active Directory skills to perform daily tasks and responsibilities.IT
- Previous experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or similar role for a minimum of 1 year
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Enterprise
- Understanding of LAN Vs. WAN network types
- Experience with Voice over IP (VoIP) systems
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Associate's degree is required. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
