Responsibilities

• Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Processing payroll for staff members
• Using QuickBooks Online for various accounting tasks
• Ensuring accurate accounting records are maintained
• Performing check processing tasks
• Resolving customer credit inquiries and maintaining customer credit records
• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments
• Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining accurate customer credit records.
