Job Posting: Frontend Developer with UX Experience (Contract, Hybrid)

Position Overview: We are seeking a Frontend Developer with strong HTML and CSS skills, coupled with CMS experience. The ideal candidate will have a robust personality and be comfortable collaborating with lawyers and other team members. You will play a critical role in managing and enhancing our web presence, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the firm’s website, including routine text edits, new content pages, and lawyer biographies.
• Track and update lawyer biographies on Crowell.com, ensuring content accuracy and proper formatting.
• Analyze and report on website, alert, social media, and podcast analytics.
• Optimize websites and blogs using SEO tools to maintain relevant and up-to-date content.
• Support digital marketing projects and tasks using a project management tracking system.
• Provide support for firm blogs and coordinate digital content.
• Work with the Director of Digital and Brand to manage the primary website vendor relationship, tracking hours and coordinating technical details.
• Coordinate content for the firm’s social media advocacy tool, Clearview Social, creating queues and social tiles.
• Use the firm’s project management tool, Wrike, to fulfill requests on time.
• Manage email marketing campaigns using Vuture, adhering closely to documented processes.
• Collaborate with the web team to develop monthly analytics reports.
• Make website changes after hours and post urgent content as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., RubyLaw, WordPress, SharePoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, especially with attorneys, staff, and vendors.
• Quick learner with the ability to utilize technology tools and resources effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SEO tools and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Wrike.
• Ability to work comfortably with lawyers and other team members.

Employment Type: Contract

The salary range for this position is $25 to $35 per hour.
