As a Junior Finance Analyst, you will support the finance team in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting with financial planning and forecasting. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will help drive strategic decision-making and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct financial data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations for management review.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights and recommendations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial models and tools.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial information.
• Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with financial software and databases (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
