Robert Half Financial Services are currently recruiting for a Syndicated Loan Administrator role, at an International Corporate Bank based in midtown Manhattan New York. Our client requires 5 years’ Loan Administration experience at a Bank, with knowledge of Syndicated Loans / Secondary Trading Market / LSTA. ClearPar or LoanIQ system experience is an advantage. The role is hybrid remote and requires 3 days per week in the midtown office. Responsibilities:• Maintains commitment facilities including: monitoring borrowing status, new borrowings, rollovers, rate sets, conversions, repayments, prepayments, and booking and monitoring fee• Reviews facility input sheet for completeness and accuracy. A specific check is made for the following: Office of Foreign Assets Control check of customer• Provides contact information, settlement documentation, wrong information to counterparties and agent banks• Prepares/reviews, executes and tracks all loan trade documentation including confirmations and assignment agreements• Coordinates and schedules the closing of the actual transfer of the loa • Verifies pricing calculation prior to settlement of open trades • Investigates and resolves any Profit & Loss discrepancies as advised by Accounting• Investigates and adjusts EIR Spikes and frozen EIR appearing on Loan IQ Cognos reports• Reviews and initials wire transfers prior to disbursements • Assist with the daily reconciliation of open NOSTRO items relating to the loan portfolio
