We are inviting applications for a Loan Servicing Specialist in the banking industry, located in Youngstown, Ohio. This role is set in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for understanding and processing various aspects of escrowed loans, including real estate taxes, flood insurance premiums, and hazard premium or PMI payments.
Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong understanding and processing experience of real estate taxes on escrowed loans.
• Handle flood insurance premiums and life of loan processing on escrowed loans efficiently.
• Exhibit a solid understanding and processing experience of hazard premium or PMI payments on escrowed loans.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure all customer inquiries related to credit are resolved promptly.
• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.
• Utilize various automated underwriting systems and CRM to process customer credit applications.
• Maintain compliance with all banking regulations during the loan servicing process.
• Utilize knowledge of closing processes to ensure smooth and timely loan completion.
• Leverage skills in data processing and LPS for efficient loan servicing.
• Exhibit a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling and maintaining accurate customer credit records.
