Prioritize and direct the work of IT and the application vendors.PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES• Manage the implementation of system fixes, updates, and enhancements.• Coordinate all environment needs with IT Application Support and/or application vendor for production support and projects• Facilitate business process improvement through the use of technology• Manage and support application close processes• Manage the maintenance/enhancement process for Tax-related PowerPlan modules• Maintain required documentation to support Sarbanes Oxley controls and audit requests• Prioritize and direct the work of the IT Application Support Team to meet business requirements and deliverables• Special projects at the direction of Sr Manager Financial Systems
