We are on the lookout for a skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The focus of this role revolves around managing production scheduling, quality control, process improvement, cross-departmental coordination, inventory management, and production oversight. This role is crucial in ensuring customer demands are met, quality control procedures are implemented, and production-related issues are effectively addressed.Responsibilities:• Manage and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of orders.• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed.• Assist with the implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines, document and report any quality issues or defects.• Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with the team to implement solutions.• Analyze production processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency, participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance overall operations.• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, service, and engineering to ensure alignment on production goals & timelines.• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address production-related issues and opportunities for improvement.• Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure an adequate supply of materials.• Assist the floor manager in overseeing the production process to ensure timely completion of orders.• Coordinate with the production team to address any production-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
