Our client is an energetic and client-oriented law firm that specializes in personal injury cases committed to providing outstanding legal services and aid to our clients, currently in search of an outgoing, motivated Bilingual Sales/Intake Representative to become part of our team.

This position is pivotal to the firm as it serves as the initial point of contact for potential clients. The exemplary candidate will possess superior communication skills in both English and Spanish, a sales-driven mindset, and a genuine commitment to assisting individuals seeking legal aid. This position also entails participation in marketing initiatives, cultivating relationships with medical professionals and other enterprises for client referrals, as well as providing administrative support within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Intake: Answer incoming calls and emails from potential clients, gather initial case information, and determine if the case fits our criteria.
• Client Relations: Build rapport with potential clients, listen to their concerns, and provide reassurance about our legal services.
• Case Evaluation: Conduct preliminary evaluations of potential cases, identify key facts, and schedule consultations with attorneys.
• Sales and Outreach: Follow up with leads, explain our services, and convert inquiries into retained clients.
• Database Management: Accurately enter and update client information in our case management system.
• Marketing: Assist with marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the firm’s services.
• Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with medical providers, social services providers, and other businesses that may refer clients.
• Administrative Support: Provide in-office support including answering calls, creating and managing files, and assisting attorneys, case managers, and the marketing director with various projects.
• Coordination: Work closely with attorneys and case managers to ensure seamless client onboarding and case management.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Experience: Previous experience in a sales, customer service, legal intake, marketing role, or administrative support is preferred.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to connect with people, show empathy, and build trust.
• Sales Acumen: Proven track record of converting leads into clients.
• Marketing Skills: Experience in marketing and building professional relationships.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with case management software is a plus.
• Education: Some college coursework or degree preferred
