We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive Assistant in the dynamic field of Business Management at a Consulting Services Industry located in Chicago, Illinois. This role involves partnering with our marketing and communications team to ensure smooth operations across our programs. Responsibilities• Provide executive assistant support and full-service support for all financial payments for the marketing and communications team, including processing check requests, coding purchase card payments and ensuring compliance with all contracting and payment processes.• Work in collaboration with the Director of Marketing Experience to manage all marketing and communication resources and trainings. This includes regularly updating or project managing updates and posting on internal websites.• Create bi-weekly email communication to all North American employees of all recent marketing resources the practice can leverage for business development. This task requires meticulous attention to detail and prompt follow-up to ensure accuracy and professionalism.• Audit marketing campaigns individually in a timely manner to ensure accuracy and consistency across the program for effective reporting and historical tracking.• Assist in submitting and completing continuing professional education requests for the U.S. based marketing team to ensure that clients receive all credit deserved.• Provide additional support, such as processing expenses for the Senior VP of Marketing and Communications.
