The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
· Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
· Management of the marketing budget and the allocation of resources.
· Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
· Develop, analyze, and communicate monthly reports for the Senior Leadership Team, using data from sources including Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics, Mail Chimp outbound communications, paid print and digital media, and eCommerce Analytics. Makes future marketing decisions based on data.
· Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
· Collaborate with Sales and other cross-functional teams as needed to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with sales objectives, product launches, market conditions, and current events.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, via conversations and ride-alongs with sales, and engagement in bi-monthly Sales Team meetings.
· Maximize trade show and event buzz through creative exhibits, eye-catching displays, and overall appearance
· Oversee the maintenance of the company website and own the user experience
· Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
· Ability to use computer software such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, WordPress
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Exceptional analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.
· Advanced experience working in Google Analytics/GA4 as well as Google Tag Manager.
· Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
· Hands-on integrated marketing expertise, including social, email, paid and website channels.
· Ability to manage multiple projects, from their initial stages through to execution.
· Conceptual and hands-on knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation platforms.
· Advanced project management skills.
· Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
· Project Management and Social Media Certifications are a plus.
Experience:
· Minimum of seven (7) years of Digital marketing experience, with at least three (3) years in a leadership role.
· Experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with brands.
· Agricultural, lawn and landscape, forestry, light industrial, or similar experience preferred.
· Experience with the execution of online marketing strategies is preferred, including social media, SEO, and website utilization.
· Proven experience developing quantitative metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
· Experience using marketing project management tools, preferably Smartsheet.
