Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Part-Time Project Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at a leading luxury real estate company. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence every Tuesday in our Centennial, Colorado office, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managerial and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
- Timeline Management: Create detailed timelines and set clear deadlines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Resource Allocation: Identify and allocate necessary resources, manage budgets, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Regularly update stakeholders on project status, addressing any issues and ensuring project alignment with business objectives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives, ensuring that all team members are aligned and collaborating effectively.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet high-quality standards, including thorough review and testing processes.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and any other relevant materials.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the real estate or luxury sector.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
