Responsibilities
- Handle medical claim follow-up tasks, including Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, Workers Comp, and Auto Claims
- Provide excellent patient customer service to ensure their needs are met
- Carry out mailings as part of customer communication strategy
- Execute collection efforts to ensure timely payment of medical services
- Assist in rebilling claims to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support with the preparation and sending out of patient statements
