We are seeking a Medical Receptionist for our healthcare facility located in Delray Beach, Florida. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and coordinating with our team of three doctors. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity with the potential for further professional growth.Responsibilities: • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments• Schedule patient appointments and update the system accordingly• Collect payments from patients for services rendered• Coordinate with doctors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations• Operate Cerbo software for scheduling and MS Word for documentation• Create and manage patient's email via Gmail• Ensure the reception area is well-organized and presentable• Resolve patient inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner• Continuously learn and adapt to new software systems as needed.
