The ideal candidate will be helpful, friendly and have a strong attention to detail.Schedule for the position: Monday 7:45a - 5pmTuesday 8am - 5:30pmWednesday 9am - 4pmThursday 9am - 5pmFriday 7:45am-4pmResponsibilities for the position include the following:Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.Check patients in and out of the office, and update their contact information and insurance cards.Verify patients' insurance coverage and collect co-payments.Schedule and reschedule appointments.File and organize patient records.Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member.Process insurance claims and follow up on unpaid balances.Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and maintaining patient accounts.Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
