The primary function of this role will be to convert paper medical records into a digital format, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. This role is in the healthcare industry, and the individual will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing requirements. Responsibilities:• Inputting and updating patient information and medical records into electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Cerner, Meditech, or EPIC.• Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data sourced from various inputs.• Ensuring strict adherence to patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.• Collaborating with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.• Performing data quality checks and audits to maintain the integrity of the records.• Assisting in generating reports and analyzing data to support decision-making processes.• Organizing and managing both paper and electronic files to ensure easy retrieval and reference.• Providing general administrative support as required to maintain efficient operations.• Utilizing skills in Microsoft Excel, Clinical Trial Operations, Compliance, Confidentiality, Data Entry, Epic System to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.
