Key Responsibilities
- Maintain patient records by gathering and logging all necessary information
- Use healthcare software such as Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, EHR SYSTEM, and MEDITECH for data entry and record keeping
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations regarding patient confidentiality and record keeping
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to create charts and graphs for data analysis and presentation
- Support clinical trial operations by providing necessary patient data and records when required
- Guarantee the accuracy of all data entries and patient records to provide reliable information for medical staff and for reference in treatment plans.
- Proficiency in Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, EHR SYSTEM, MEDITECH, and Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Ability to create Charts and Graphs for data representation and analysis.
- Experience in Clinical Trial Operations is preferred.
- Compliance with healthcare industry regulations and standards is mandatory.
- Strict adherence to confidentiality protocols in handling medical records.
- Must possess strong data entry skills for accurate and efficient record keeping.
