Responsibilities
- Provide bilingual assistance in Spanish to accommodate a diverse range of clients
- Answer inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Utilize banking software and computer programs to process client transactions and update records
- Assist in the loan department, processing applications and maintaining accurate records
- Work within the client services department, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Support reception duties, managing incoming and outgoing communications effectively
- Utilize CRM and Epic Software for customer relationship management and workflow optimization
- Handle cash activity and check processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support the lending department, assisting with loan processing and customer inquiries
- Carry out billing functions and benefit functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Proficiency in Avaya CMS and other banking software
- Ability to utilize various computer programs efficiently
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Familiarity with Epic Software
- Experience in answering inbound calls in a professional and timely manner
- Knowledge of benefit functions and billing functions
- Ability to handle cash activity responsibly and accurately
- Experience in check processing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High level of professionalism and strong work ethic
