Key Responsibilities
- Handle post-closing files for mortgages, ensuring all documents are properly organized and scanned into the relevant folders.
- Maintain an accurate record of all mortgage documents, following the document management protocols of the Credit Union industry.
- Apply your knowledge of Mortgage Closing Processes to successfully complete all post-closing tasks.
- Use your skills in Scanning Documents and Filing to maintain a well-structured record system.
- Implement your knowledge of the Mortgage Industry to provide quality service and meet the organization's standards.
- Collaborate with Mortgage Professionals within the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize your expertise in Mortgage Documents to identify final and close documents accurately.
- Apply your experience in Closing Processes to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Manage customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to all queries related to mortgage processes.
- Must have a minimum of 6-months experience in the Mortgage industry, handling closing and post-closing documents
- Proficiency in Mortgage Closing and Post-Closing Processes
- Experience in a Banking or Credit Union industry is a plus
- Must have skills in Scanning Documents and Filing
- Ability to collaborate with Mortgage Professionals
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
- Proficiency in using computer software and technology related to the mortgage industry.
