Responsibilities
- Lead the maintenance and management of network and server infrastructure
- Program configurations for new customers
- Create and manage configuration files for new customers
- Work collaboratively with team members, maintaining clear and professional communication
- Communicate professionally with clients, addressing their needs and inquiries
- Work remotely as required, ensuring the smooth operation of networks and servers after hours
- Develop and maintain a broad understanding of MySQL database
- Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Linux, Python Scripting, MySQL Database, Network Infrastructure, Server Infrastructure, and Microsoft Technologies.
- Prior experience of at least 3 years as a Network Administrator or in a related role
- Proficiency in Cisco Technologies-routers, switches or willing to learn
- Strong knowledge and experience with Linux operating systems
- Experience with Python coding/scripting
- Familiarity with MySQL Database management
- Understanding of Network Infrastructure, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Server Infrastructure, including setup, configuration, and maintenance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop Technologies
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Telephony experience is a bonus, Relevant certifications in networking or related field would be advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
