DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Network Project Coordinator in the service industry, based in Irving, Texas. This role will focus on overseeing the implementation of wireless LAN coverage across multiple sites. The successful candidate will not be required to travel and will work closely with various vendors and kitchen sites to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities Include
- Overseeing the implementation of wireless LAN coverage across various domestic sites.
- Coordinating with multiple vendors, including cabling and heat map vendors, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Reading and interpreting heat maps to determine the number of Wireless Access Points (WAPs) needed at each site.
- Scheduling cablers to coordinate with kitchen sites for the installation of WAPs.
- Managing escalations and maintaining open lines of communication with all project stakeholders.
- Coordinating with vendors for network connection and overseeing testing.
- Using your assertiveness to ensure tasks are completed on time at kitchen sites.
- Applying your understanding of IT infrastructure and Cisco networking to the role.
- Utilizing your project coordination skills to manage the project effectively.
- Leveraging your Cisco experience and familiarity with relevant terms to ensure successful project execution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the service industry
- Proven experience in project coordination is essential
- Proficiency in managing vendor relationships and coordinating with multiple vendors simultaneously
- Knowledge and experience in working with Cisco Hardware
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
