DescriptionWe are on the hunt for an Office Assistant to join our team in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry, located in KENSINGTON, Maryland, 20895-0338, United States. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity, in which you will be tasked with a variety of office and administrative duties.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the efforts of supporting the office by taking on various office and administrative tasks.
  • Handle problem-solving tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to perform office functions.
  • Carry out clerical duties and manage correspondence effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Perform billing functions and ensure accuracy in all financial documents.
  • Maintain a well-organized work environment to enhance productivity.
  • Manage and maintain schedules using the 'About Time' software.
  • Ensure all office functions are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the office.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word is required.
  • Experience in Office Functions, including organization, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Familiarity with the 'About Time' software is necessary.
  • Knowledge of Billing Functions and Clerical Duties is crucial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective Correspondence.
  • Exceptional Customer Service abilities to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make process improvements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
