DescriptionWe are in search of a highly skilled and versatile individual to oversee various administrative functions within our organization located in Midland, Texas. The role functions within the oil and gas services industry and encompasses facets of bookkeeping, office management, human resources, and accounting. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing day-to-day operations and improving internal processes. Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the accounts payable and receivable functions
Handle billing and collections activities to ensure timely payment of invoices
Ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
Administer drug testing procedures in line with company policy
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
Manage payroll functions using ADP-Payroll software
Conduct account reconciliation and bank reconciliations
Perform bookkeeping duties and manage month-end close processes
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks to maintain accurate financial records
Independently manage work and time to meet organizational goals.
Requirements
Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) is a must
Demonstrated experience in Bank Reconciliations and Bookkeeping
Proficiency in Data Entry and Microsoft Excel
Experience in Month End Close activities
Proven skills in handling Payroll
Proficiency in using QuickBooks
Knowledge of DOT Compliance and DOT Regulations
Experience in Onboarding and Drug Test administration
Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) Administration
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
