Robert Half is Hiring an Office Manager Near Brook, IL

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Office Manager in Oak Brook, Illinois. The role involves managing office services, ensuring procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, and filing systems are designed. You will also be involved in human resource duties, administrative policies, and procedures, as well as in interdepartmental coordination and support. Responsibilities:• Oversee office operations and procedures, ensuring an organized and efficient work environment.• Handle human resource duties, including onboarding new employees and managing employee files.• Prepare, review, and analyze reports, summarizing information and identifying trends to keep management informed.• Administer, oversee, and coordinate administrative policies and procedures.• Complete and submit documents for project bids and pre-project planning.• Compile, verify, record, and process applications, forms, and documents for company certifications and licenses.• Track expiration dates for annual company filings and applications for prequalifications and certifications for timely completion.• Establish and monitor procedures for record-keeping, ensuring security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.• Partner with marketing vendor as necessary to support all company marketing medias, including website, social sites, and branding materials.• Coordinate, plan, and host company events and internal training sessions.• Provide general company information to clients and the public and direct communications to the proper internal team members.• Assist in creating and rolling out company initiatives.• Provide interdepartmental coordination and support as needed.
