Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an Operations Manager role or similar position
- Demonstrated proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Proven experience with billing procedures and data entry tasks
- Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field is preferred but not required
- Certification in Accounting or a related field, such as Certified Bookkeeper (CB), is a plus.
