Responsibilities
- Manage and process sales orders, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Set up new customer accounts in our systems.
- Support the accounting team in following up on delinquent accounts.
- Handle a high volume of order processing, data entry, and customer support tasks.
- Use accounting software systems and Microsoft Office Suites to perform daily tasks.
- Utilize your skills in ADP - Financial Services and IBM AS/400 to enhance efficiency.
- Perform various accounting functions as required.
- Conduct billing functions and manage collection processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
- Experience working with IBM AS/400 system
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
- Knowledge of Accounting Functions
- Experience in Billing Functions
- Familiarity with Claim Administration
- Understanding of Collection Processes
- Strong Customer Service skills
