Responsibilities:• Schedule chart retrieval after confirming provider information• Contact providers to verify the availability of medical charts and subsequently schedule retrieval• Ensure the successful return of medical charts by monitoring the retrieval process• Handle any inbound calls that might be directed back to you• Follow up on leads and other phone numbers to schedule medical record retrieval• Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications• Maintain accurate customer credit records• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary• Conduct research as needed to support the outbound calling tasks• Utilize skills in Salesforce Administration, Data Entry, Email Correspondence, and Call Center Customer Service to effectively perform job duties.
