We are looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join our team in the hospitality industry, based in Los Angeles, California. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing our Meta ads campaigns for DTC campaign and working closely with the creative team to ensure optimal performance. This role entails setting up platform integrations, managing budgets, and crafting compelling ad copy that drives conversion. Responsibilities • Manage Meta ads campaigns, ensuring they are current and showing results• Collaborate with the creative team to inform them about ads and work on creatives• Set up platform integrations to ensure Meta tracking is functioning and optimized• Manage daily budgets effectively• Craft compelling ad angles and copy that drive conversion on Meta• Utilize your Direct-to-Consumer marketing experience to enhance campaign performance• Manage multiple projects, organizing, prioritizing and structuring workload effectively• Navigate the Meta ads platform, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and building out campaigns based on objectives• Create and manage ad campaigns within the Meta ads platform, involving tasks such as audience targeting, budget allocation, and ad creative selection• Leverage features and tools offered by the Meta ads platform to drive successful outcomes for advertisers• Navigate Shopify to pull data from reports for analysis and decision making• Utilize skills in Facebook Insights, Google , Google Analytics, Advertisements, Analytics, Campaign Planning, PPC, and Paid Social among others to optimize paid search
