Robert Half is seeking a Trademark Paralegal for a temporary position with one of our clients. The position is located in Salt Lake City, Utah. The candidate will be responsible for trademark litigation, discovery requests, and supporting trademark trials and appeals.Responsibilities:• Manage and organize incoming and outgoing information related to trademark litigation and discovery requests.• Gather and provide evidence to support amendments to registrations.• Assist in opposition procedures in trademark trial and appeal board.• Use various software and management systems such as Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Excel to perform tasks and maintain records.• Handle billing functions, briefing, calendar management, and complaint handling tasks related to the role.• Employ skills in intellectual property, specifically trademark, trademark prosecution, and trademarks.• Take initiative in managing tasks independently and efficiently.
