Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, including documentation, approvals, and data entry.
- Assist with employee expense reporting in Concur and credit card reconciliation.
- Support senior accountants in monthly/yearly closing processes.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, reporting findings to management.
- Conduct monthly account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations.
- Aid in budget preparation and ensure compliance with guidelines, regulations, and GAAP.
- Assist with financial audits, general ledger analysis, tax returns, and corporate reporting.
- Contribute to various accounting projects and perform other duties as assigned.

RequirementsQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency with General Ledger (GL), Journal Entries, and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong technical skills and critical thinking with high mathematical proficiency.
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with NetSuite and Concur expense software is a plus.
