This role will involve maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and handling both accounts payable and receivable tasks. The position will also necessitate expertise in bank reconciliations and month-end close procedures.Responsibilities:• Manage and maintain all aspects of bookkeeping, including the reconciliation of accounts and the processing of payments and receipts.• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) operations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.• Perform bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.• Conduct month-end close procedures to ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date.• Utilize QuickBooks for data entry and to maintain financial records.• Leverage Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting.• Assist in the preparation of payroll, ensuring all payments are made on time and are accurate.
