MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE PROVIDING SALESFORCE TECHNICAL TRAINING

This is a Part time role, 25 hours a week.

2 days on site in Waltham, 1 day remote.

Must be available during 9-5 business day

Contract until end of September

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years’ experience designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating instructional design programs
• Strong technical aptitude, including proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and virtual training platforms
• Ability to quickly understand technical subject matter and platforms
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, ability to leverage available data to make informed decisions and communicate with key stakeholders
• Experience with e-learning technology; Articulate Storyline preferred
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design techniques and customer experience concepts
• Strong process and project management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and independently within established timeframes
• Excellent written and oral communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
• Exhibits a relationship centric mindset, establishes, and maintains effective working relationships across the organization
