We are offering an opportunity for a Payroll Analyst. The role is based in Exton, Pennsylvania, and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The industry of focus is finance and operations, with a particular emphasis on payroll procedures, compliance, and systems. Responsibilities:• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications.• Maintain precise records of customer credit.• Act as a point of reference and provide guidance to the Payroll Specialist.• Address and resolve escalated payroll inquiries for all hourly pay groups.• Conduct system training for new Business Unit Managers.• Support Payroll Manager with system updates, enhancements, policy changes, and other assigned duties.• Actively participate in the accurate and timely completion, approval, and export of payroll hours worked and PTO recorded in the system.• Assist in resolving system errors, incorrect system configurations and mapping errors resulting in incorrect pay calculations.• Review and update payroll functions and practices as needed.• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies, as well as regulatory requirements.• Demonstrate strong time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed within set deadlines.• Foster effective communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.• Utilize strong leadership skills in coordinating and overseeing various collection processes
