Responsibilities
- Accurately process payroll for approximately 130 employees on a weekly basis, including hours verification for temporary employees and agencies.
- Efficiently handle onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed.
- Utilize accounting software systems such as Paychex
- Manage the uploading of deductions, benefits, and 401K information onto Paychex software.
- Track deductions and garnishments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Assist in import reports from software systems into MS Excel, for effective data management.
- Provide support with benefits administration, assisting employees with any related queries or issues.
- Regularly monitor and update payroll records, ensuring they remain accurate and up-to-date.
- Work collaboratively with the HR team in providing administrative and clerical support as required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all payroll and employee-related information.
