We are looking for a Program Manager for a project with our client based out of California. This role is 100% remote and involves managing and executing a portfolio of projects from concept to execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving complex initiatives, creating project plans, and ensuring projects' success. This opportunity offers short term contract employment.Responsibilities include:• Creating and managing project plans to ensure high quality and alignment with stated goals.• Partnering with functional leadership and business systems leads to manage and execute projects.• Driving measurable and agreed-to business outcomes, using an agile-like approach while effectively working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.• Infusing project and program management skills into the organization by mentoring others, sharing business process and best practices, as well as creating and maintaining tools.• Working hands-on to ensure projects’ success, including systems implementation.• Having a strong understanding of Workday and related systems to support operational processes.• Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
