Description
We are in search of a Product Manager to join our team. This role is at the intersection of data analytics, software engineering, and project management within the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will play a vital part in building and optimizing our patient outreach platform, connecting with other digital touch points, and managing enterprise projects. This is a contract to hire employment opportunity.
Product Manager
REMOTE
$70-75/hr
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the largest patient care customers to optimize their patient facing outreach.
Work on API development and connect back-end personalization services to other listeners across the organization.
Leverage your experience in data analytics, software engineering, and project management to contribute to the team.
Work with different teams to create connection points across organizations and manage technical builds.
Monitor and manage customer accounts and respond to customer inquiries.
Use skills in SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with the digital team to integrate some existing experiments that we have in the market.
Be proactive in chasing down people to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira, Bug Tracking, Cloud Technologies, Confluence, About Time, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Backlog Grooming, and Communication to effectively carry out responsibilities.
Requirements
Demonstrated proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence
Proven ability to track and resolve bugs
Familiarity with Cloud Technologies
Experience with time management software, specifically 'About Time'
Expertise in AB Testing
Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies
Experience in backlog grooming
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of product lifecycle management
Ability to work in a cross-functional team
Strong decision-making abilities
Proven ability to analyze user needs and incorporate them into product planning
Experience in project management and multi-tasking
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
Proven experience in product management or similar role.
