Position: Product Marketing Manager
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Duration: 4-month coverage for paternity leave
Schedule: 4 days in the office (remote work on Tuesdays)
Pay Rate: $53/hr
Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will oversee market messaging activities and supervise the marketing team. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in marketing and communications, coupled with exceptional communication, analytical, and managerial skills.
Role Description:
As a Product Marketing Manager for a new data and analytics platform, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the marketing strategy for a cutting-edge solution designed for institutional investors. This platform integrates data management, analytics, and reporting through a cloud-native solution, providing clients with streamlined access to data via APIs and pre-integrated analytics tools.
The role is part of a strategic business unit focused on data solutions, with significant investment and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for product marketing and sales enablement, including client materials, case studies, product collateral, websites, press releases, videos, digital campaigns, and pitch materials.
- Strategy Development: Support the creation and execution of product marketing strategies to boost customer awareness, product adoption, and brand advocacy.
- Messaging and Positioning: Simplify complex product features into compelling narratives for target customer segments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Product, Sales, Strategy, Client Experience, Sales Enablement, and Marketing.
- Market Analysis: Analyze competitive landscape, industry trends, and client feedback to refine product marketing strategies.
- Website Development: Help develop and optimize the Fusion website for lead conversion and client engagement.
- Performance Measurement: Track and measure the effectiveness of product marketing efforts.
- Brand Consistency Ensure adherence to brand standards across all marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Over 2 years of experience in Product Marketing or related fields (e.g., Sales, Product Management, Marketing) within SaaS, data, or digital product organizations.
- Experience in go-to-market strategy implementation and product launches with cross-functional teams.
- Proven expertise in content development and copywriting, with excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to develop marketing collateral, including websites, videos, pitchbooks, and whitepapers.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Highly driven, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to deliver measurable impact.
- Keen interest in marketing, design, technology, and storytelling.
- Proficiency with HTML, Adobe Experience Manager, Figma, Camtasia, and After Effects.
- Background in data, analytics, or SaaS marketing is a plus.
