Location: Wisconsin Headquarters
Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading program management activities within our dynamic global organization. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager, PMO Manager, EPMO, or Portfoilio Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams and project managers to ensure projects are deliver on time and within budget.
- Oversee SaaS software implementation, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Use best practices for Waterfall and Agile implementation methods.
- Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate risk management strategies.
- Act as a key liaison between the organization and vendors, managing relationships and negotiations.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a must.
- Significant experience in Program Management within large and complex environments.
- Proven experience supervising project managers, preferably within a global organization.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with SaaS software implementations.
- Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of project risk management, with a proven track record of identifying and mitigating potential issues.
- Prior experience with vendor management, including the ability to negotiate and manage contract terms and conditions.
RequirementsWe are ideally looking for a Program Manager, PMO Manager, EPMO, or Technical Portfoilio Manager to join this team to run over 20 projects at a time, manage the teams' workflows, and communicate with all business units.
