You will be part of a dynamic team, responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining our database timelines.Responsibilities:• Handle incoming phone calls and route them internally• Make outbound phone calls to confirm appointments• Schedule appointments as needed• Update the database and manage timelines• Use MS Word and MS Excel for various administrative tasks• Operate a switchboard handling 1-10 lines• Handle inbound telephone calls with proper phone etiquette• Dispatch calls as needed
