This is a full time, 100% ONSITE, TEMPORARY-to-HIRE opportunity that could lead to a permanent position and is located near Morrisville, PA. The working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30a - 4:00p. A well established organization is looking to add an Accounting/Finance Associate to their team for a Project Control Specialist role. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping track of all finances/money spent on projects as well as taking care of all invoices that come in. Strong detail and excel-spreadsheet management skills are required. The ideal candidate should have a background in accounting or finance, and some sort of experience working with invoices as well as the management of company finances within excel spreadsheets. The company uses an ERP called Munis but any type of financial software experience working with invoice processing will suffice. Responsibilities
Keeping track of all finances/money spent on projects (utilizing excel spreadsheets to keep track of and manage financial information)
Taking care of all invoices that come in, keeping track of, and ensuring the invoices are properly processed into their financial software.
