Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee large modernization projects to ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Produce comprehensive business documentation that accurately reflects project progress and outcomes.
- Handle all phone interactions professionally, providing clear and accurate information to stakeholders and team members.
- Travel to BMV offices throughout Maine as required, ensuring onsite tasks and responsibilities are completed effectively.
- Collaborate with vendors to procure necessary resources and services for projects.
- Monitor and manage project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Ensure all project-related activities are reported accurately and in a timely manner.
- Design and implement project logos to enhance visibility and recognition.
- Utilize IDS to manage and monitor project information and data effectively.
- Possess strong skills in documentation, ensuring all project details are accurately recorded and easily accessible
- Capable of creating detailed reports on project progress, issues, and solutions
- Ability to maintain professional phone presence, effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders
- Experience in managing relationships with vendors, including negotiation and contract management
- Willingness to travel as required for project needs, including onsite visits
- Proficiency in using ProFile software for project management tasks
- Strong design skills, particularly in logo design, to contribute to project branding and marketing efforts
- Ability to work effectively with project closers, ensuring all project objectives are met within stipulated deadlines
- Familiarity with IDS or Integrated Development Environments, to streamline project processes and enhance efficiency.
