Responsibilities Include
- Oversee all aspects of facility rental programs, including community centers.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person.
- Arrange facility visits for potential renters and guide them through the facilities.
- Manage the booking of rental dates and handle all related paperwork and insurance requirements.
- Oversee the hiring process and management of event staff.
- Ensure smooth operation of events, including coordination of schedules and resources.
- Maintain detailed records and databases for efficient operation.
- Utilize CRM tools to enhance customer service and experience.
- Manage deliverables and ensure excellent follow through on all tasks.
- Apply knowledge of hospitality management and field operations to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in a Project Management role or similar field.
- Proficiency in CRM and Database management.
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated experience in managing deliverables within set timeframes.
- Solid background in Facilities Management.
- Experience in making hiring decisions and managing hiring processes.
- Demonstrated ability in Special Event Planning, Event Planning, and Event Coordination.
- Experience in managing field operations.
- Knowledge of Hospitality Management.
- Proven ability to coordinate schedules effectively.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
